"We stayed for one night for the air show. It’s not really near anything and you have to drive to see and do things. We weren’t picky for the price during the air show. I think we got upgraded to an end room suite. Living area, Two tv’s. Comfy bed. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast wasn’t much but did have waffles. Tiny coffee cups. Ran out of forks."

"Absolutely charming motel! Very reasonably priced-we stayed in a king whirlpool room. Very rustic, eclectic decor. Jetted tub was ok, a bit on the small/awkward side, but was nice for a short soak before bed. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous, lots of flowers around, and beautiful foliage in the back, both planted and natural. weekend at Lutsen Mountains and were very happy with this VRBO and its location. It's a very cozy place and was the perfect choice for us."

"Most people who go to Duluth are not going for the accommodations. However, I will say this hotel is a bit run down. We were not on the tower side, but the other part of the hotel in the parking lot (attached by a skyway.) We were there for hiking, so it served its purpose. If you have kids they will love the pool, hot tub and sauna. The kids also loved the restaurant that moves on the top floor. They views are pretty spectacular. Also it's a 15 minute walk to Canal Park and they allow dogs."
