"I booked this specific hotel through Expedia because it was stated the room would have a view of the city. No view at all, just the freeway. However, Katie at the front desk was the most professional, courteous, and helpful clerk I have ever had the pleasure to meet! She’s definitely a keeper! "

Hotels cost what they cost so this one is not overpriced. I’d rather see straight forward reviews than Karen reviews. I’m sure if I were to look around I could get offended, like any other hotel so why not let it rest. The place is fine. "

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Only issue; we requested a wheelchair accessible room and we’re not given one. The wheelchair did not fit in the bathroom and this was a hardship fir my wheelchair-bound daughter."

"It was good. I was disappointed that it was labeled as having a hot tub but it does not. Some areas appeared very worn. A fresh paint could help. Many hallways and stairwells smelled of tobacco and other smoke."
