"This place was PERFECT for our Beyonce concert experience. Not only was the hotel chic and staff friendly, but they went above an beyond for guests going to the concert. Had decorations, special vendors and themed events. I heard it was the GMs idea, and kudos to him for making the beyhive feel special. Some of the rooms could use a little upgrade, at least our room seemed a bit dated. "

"This was my first time in Houston. The hotel was nice the bed was semi firm which is better than soft so I was happy. It takes a long time for the hot water to arrive in the shower. The breakfast was basic cold and hot cereal, apples and coffee. I would stay at Kozy again."
