"There was only one out of 4 elevators working to the floor that we were staying on. Next morning the staff offered the service elevator, but getting to the 28th floor first afternoon took at least 30 min or more. The staff was helpful with water and extra blankets, very courteous, but this huge hotel is just not really my preference. "

"One elevator isn’t working and it’s a busy weekend with a game. The room and hallway has a funny oder. The ice machine on floor 10 isn’t working. "
