"We were initially uncertain about booking here due to some negative online comments; however, very happy we did! it would be difficult to pristinely maintain the property as it is historic and quite large, so if you’re looking for something with every modern amenity, this is not the stay for you. However, the property is a gorgeous setting and the buildings are quaint and charming. Our room was very spacious - a bit of noise transfer through the bathroom. Pool area is beautiful! Great breakfast with tons of selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location to easily access Cortona. "

My only complaint was an added charge for any a la carte items in the breakfast which is included in the hotel charge. For the type and cost of the hotel, this should be included."

Our host, Stefano, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing local tips and restaurant recommendations and even cooking an amazing meal for us on our last night. His genuine hospitality made our experience even more special, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Overall, this apartment in Arezzo is a gem, combining comfort, style, and an authentic Tuscan experience. We would return in a heartbeat, especially in winter, when we can enjoy the magnificent fireplace, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "
