"An excellent hotel with helpful staff and all the creature comforts. Property is in a perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and local events all within blocks of the hotel. Just left the car in the parking garage. Many rooms have beautiful ocean views. Highly recommend this property. "

"It’s a lovely property, staff are really nice, and the room was very clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby and supermarket is across the mall. We have stayed here a number of times now as it is just wonderful. If you have a room with water views, the sun will wake you up early as it is bright, fine if you have kids but maybe annoying if you don’t. There is some construction going on next door, wasn’t too bad on the level we were on. Would probably be annoying on lower levels. "

"Great property right in the heart of Broadbeach. I stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was lovely, very comfortable and extremely convenient. I arrived late and was escorted to the East Tower internally where my apartment was situated. The apartment I had was beautifully appointed with a massive television and was extremely clean and modern. "

"Positives: Overall good bang for your buck. I was up high in a 2 bd apartment and the views were gorgeous, location was perfect to just walk out and eat or shop. Room was neat and tidy. Free parking. Negatives: No cleaning service during your stay even if for 4 days. Toilet seat was broken, couch was stained, dusty in the wardrobe which got all over my clothes and a lot of the cutlery/dining ware/cups were dirty. But as they asked me to clean all dishes and take rubbish out myself before...

"A great sized room and bathroom with adequate toiletry supplies and tea/ coffee supplies. Beds were comfortable and whole hotel clean and pleasing. Unfortunately we did not get a room with river views as indicated in the booking form. Was this because we used our free nights with Hotels.com I wonder!"

"Great location, large rooms with lovely big windows. Parking was handy to have but a bit tricky with having to enter the carpark through the wrong side of the road. Wifi was extremely slow and patchy. "
