"We stayed in a standard king room 1 night and then the executive room for 3 nights. We had to check out and check back in. The stansard room was nice but small. Neither rooms had a dining area. When checking into second room they never moved the bags and the concierge was not very informative. The air con didn't work so after wasting about 4 hours had to move rooms. The executive lounge was great and the staff friendly but the executive room apart from a balcony was not that great. On our last...

"We had a lovely stay, bit of a confusion over the booking when we arrived, as we had clicked 'breakfast included' on expedia, but this wasn't. Alvin was fantastic and sorted out. Hotel is located about a 20 min walk or 5 mins on the tram to the centre. Tram stop is outside. Breakfast is awesome, loads of choices. Would definitely stay again."
