"Do not believe the photos for this hotel! My room was nothing like the photos! We stayed on level 8! The room had a very, very old bathroom and gross old kitchen! View was not wide expansive ocean views as advertised! There is a hotel being demolished next door, which our room looked straight into from kitchen! We had to close the shutters so we didn’t have the construction workers on the same level as us next door looking into the kitchen/ dining area! Walls of the room were disgusting! ...

"Great Location! Front desk staff were polite and friendly and resolved any qualms I had. Hotel is in a great location close to convention centre, casino and beach. Obviously due to the age of the property the room itself is tired with clunky wooden furniture that is showing wear and tear. The room is spacious, with a big modern tv and great ocean view , however the decor needs to be updated to keep up with the times of what a modern beach hotel should look like."

"Ac kept going automatically from 21 to 29. Bin had not been emptied. Could not get Wifi or any TV. TV was on the floor so would have been hard to see if it worked. Bed was on wheels and kept moving around. Rang the office at 6pm on the Friday in relation to TV & Wifi but she said we would have to wait until 10am the next day to get any assistance. I asked for another room but she said there were no rooms available. We eventually got offered another room at 12pm on Saturday."

"Clean and tidy rooms in a dated condition. Beds very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms nice and clean and tidy. Close to supermarket and beach. Lots of instructions and rules though. Easy check in and check out progress. Our room over looked the road but still quiet enough. "

"Staff were completely unprofessional, especially the manager. Were put in a room next to the refuse room that stunk & requested 4 times for it to be cleaned as we could smell it from the room and no action was taken. Management would not talk in person or over the phone and would instead email and be extremely rude. I’ve stayed here 3 times previously and needless to say, I will never ever stay there again. "
