"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"As soon as I walked in the smoke alarm was beeping so I had to contact the host and wait for that to be fixed. Then I went to take a hot shower and relax….. no hot water. And I’m talking the water was ice cold. Contacted and they came to look at it. The man went into the bathroom with the shower on and shut the door. Then told me to use warm water I needed to turn the knob all the way to the right (where it’s cold and about to shut off). That was the solution… They were prompt and helped with...

"This is a great place to stay in the Rockaways. It's a clean building and the apartment is spacious and had a view of the ocean .Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The apartment had only one small bathroom but was otherwise large, bright and nicely decorated. Air traffic does go overhead, but it gets quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, this was a lovely place to stay in a nice, safe area. Plus there is a grocery store nearby and the metro is only a few blocks...
