"A dated property with a musty odor. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. Instead of a modern room with park views, I got a dated, smelly room overlooking ventilation equipment and a wall covered in bird droppings. The hallways were dark, the elevators felt old and worn, and the noise insulation was practically nonexistent—you could hear every door opening and closing and people walking through the hall at all hours. Very disappointing and not at all what was advertised. Felt completely...

"The Sixty LES is the best of the best in NYC. I’ve stayed at over 10 different high end hotels in NYC and they are easily the best. I had the pleasure of staying there for 8 nights recently and my stay was flawless. The entire staff from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance(that I’d see in the elevator on occasion) were all so polite, professional and accommodating. A staff like that is usually a direct result of great management, they must have one of the best managers in the industry....
