"Amazing location. Bell men will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and they will get you anything you ask for. Concierge desk employees are not helpful at all, and they do not even try. I asked for newspapers one morning and they just said we don't have it and they told me they don't know where to get it. Bell men overheard it and within 5 minutes one of them brought it to my room. "This was a great retreat right in the middle of Times Square. Clean hotel with restaurants, bars and a pool. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Had a coffee maker and free water. Bed was comfortable large, bathroom was clean. Room service came daily. Only cons are that the elevators can be slow at peak times. But you will have that anywhere with more than 10 floors. Did not run into a single unfriendly staff member."
