"Lovely upgrade to a Privilege room, plus card and chocolates for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Great location in the centre of town, but not noisy. The building is a grand old lady, so does have some quirks, but overall we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again when visiting Bristol "
