"Room and facility was great. Two issues: When I booked my stay, I specifically searched for a hotel that had a shuttle to SF airport for my 7:15 am flight. When I called the day I was to arrive, I was informed that they no longer had shuttle service. I took at taxi to the hotel. The front desk got a taxi for me in the morning but the driver did not have a meter and charged me $10 more than the driver the night before. THEY SHOULD NOT USE THAT TAXI SERVICE. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY...

The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square

"The Westin St. Francis was conveniently located next to Union Square and tbe Powell St Cable Car line. We were able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf (up the hills), North Shore and other areas nearby. Our rooms were clean, the concierge was helpful with recommendations and staff was extremely friendly and helpful."
