"The house was great location and convenient for a family. The basin in the downstairs ensuite was broken in two places - large. Despite there being ongoing back and forth with the property manager on text for staying there and checking in - when I text to let her know that the basin was broken I received no response which was disappointing."

"The apartment was very clean, very nice. There is a small balcony and parking available. Air conditoning. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was nice. Communication with James was very easy. He was friendly, helpful, responded to questions. He even suggested a lovely coffee shop and gave us walking directions. "Easy to find. Lots of space. Great parking. Great communication. Spacious apartment. External locks or keys needed fixing to be able to get in without stressing that we would be locked out from accessing the apartment. However this seemed to be a management of the property issue. "

Everything done through a website which for an NZ visitor with limited access to the internet is impossible. Took me two hours to contact the property manager to get entry instructions "
