"complete an total ripoff The hotel reception was closed and the number to call did not get answered. We ended up having to take emergency accommodation and then rebook a stay elsewhere. Despite repeated attempts to get into contact with the hotel We have not had a single reply let alone an apology or a refund . So as said a total fraud and ripoff. "

"The house is situated in a lovely residential neighborhood. We stayed here for several weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids. The space is ideal with an open plan living/dining/kitchen, a lovely backyard, and two great bathrooms. It had everything that we needed and Craig was very responsive. My only critique would be that some of the furniture and kitchen equipment could use updating."
