"The apartment is as advertised. It's spacious inside and has a large undercover entertaining deck. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean although the rugs are stained and need replacing. The deck needed cleaning and the outside furniture needs cleaning. Parking was good under the building. It was quiet and very sound proof between rooms and the outdoors. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and only a minutes drive to restaurants on Oxley Rd. Overall a good place...

"A very clean, comfortable & well-equipped studio apartment. The kitchen contained many appliances for those who choose to eat in & plenty of storage for a long stay. For our short stay, we chose to experience the local restaurants which were a short drive away. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential street. The presentation of this studio apartment is immaculate."

"Overall we were very comfortable however we are very disappointed at the fact the door was unlocked on our arrival. Upon further inspection we realised the lock was broken and contacted the owner in the morning as we could not lock the door when we went out . Unfortunately the door was eventually fixed the day before we were due to leave, meaning that every time we left the property we had to take all our valuables with us. "I visited with my mother and aunt for a girls weekend away and the location to gallery walk made this the perfect place to stay. Parking was easy and the accomodation had everything required to make us comfortable. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant downstairs for dinner and it was lovely."
