"The house, location, and area were perfect. Our three 8 year-olds loved crossing the street to play at the school's playground in the morning, where we could watch them from the porch. Our two families had plenty of room to sleep and relax. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and there were plenty of options for eating inside and outside. We appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and body boards in the shed. And appreciated even more that the walk to the beach was under 10 minutes. The kids loved the beach. The owners are very communicative and generous. We highly recommend this stay. Pirate's Den was great for lunch after the beach. Summer and Sage had very good coffee. La Scala's was a nice option our first night. Though, we learned the hard way to plan a day ahead for dinner on Saturday night --La Scala's is closed and though Atlantic City is close by (The Cardinal looked like a great option once we got there), nothing is available day of. We ended up with take out from Yuki Hana, which has very good service.Bringing our own towels and linens was something new, but with a washer and dryer at the house, it turned out to be not too big of an issue. We will have great memories of our stay here."

"The house was spacious, clean and included everything you need for the stay. We spent lots of time on the upstairs outdoor patio enjoying the beach air and sunsets. Communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive at all times! Highly recommend!"

"This property earns 5 stars due to its location and responsiveness of the host and property manager!The house is located in the northern end of Brigantine providing a quiet neighborhood with very easy access to the lifeguarded beach. The promenade entrance is directly across from the house. Parking is plentiful. Chris, the property manager, was extremely responsive- no question was too silly. He was there to help."

"This was a great place to stay in Brigantine! It’s close to the beach and has nice decks for relaxing outside. The house is comfortable and has everything needed for a great week down the shore. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was very responsive with communication."

"A huge thank you to our host. The house was exactly as listed with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I also want to mention that the king beds were very comfortable which was much appreciated because at the end of the day you knew you could go to sleep and rest well.
