"This hotel exceeded our expectations after we had a last minute booking here due to another hotel cancelling our reservation in Bellagio. The location is fantastic, right in front of the castle, close to shopping and dining options and has a metro station right outside the entrance. The staff was so lovely upon our arrival and personally showed us to our parking space and we even got an upgraded room, which was a pleasant surprise after a long drive. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities you will need. This is an elegant hotel that in our experience gives 5-star vibes. We will absolutely return to this property when we visit Milan again. "
