"The entrance feels somewhat chaotic as there is a children’s destination at that level with many children unable to distinguish between their surroundings and the hotel reception area. There beds in the rooms are comfortable but a number of items were neglected. Our tv remote never worked in the living room and the phone needed to be changed. Similarly the shower had issues with the shampoo dispenser. The hotel is well located and the door staff are helpful."

"While the hotel room, balcony and views were beautiful, I found the hotel “nickeled and dimed” customers for everything. For example, to check in earlier than usual, you could pay £20 per hour, which we did. It seems expensive and petty but the room still wasn’t ready until the regular check in time. So we rushed to get to the hotel only to wait."

"Very nice hotel!!! Nice area with very friendly helpful staff. Very clean and entire place smells good. Hotel room surprisingly had a stove top, sink, washer and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Used the washer and dryer combo which worked great! Came with plates and glasses for eating and drinking also had a mini dining table. Walking distance from underground mall with grocery store, restaurants and convenience stores. Just all around nice! I will always only stay here when visiting London."

"Exactly what we needed for an overnight concert stay. Unfortunately there was tube noise being in the windowless rooms and the corridor lights remained on so there was a lot of light into the room. Great air con and bathroom. Would stay again, maybe not in the basement rooms !"
