My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

We liked this property. The price was really good. The room was big for London. Loved the free minibar items (nice touch). Air conditioning was great. It was clean. Beautiful lobby. Good restaurant attached. Easy to get places because of Victoria tube stop. High ceilings. I had a bad stay in London before at a boutique hotel so I was looking for something a bit bigger. I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. The bed was comfortable, however my son had to sleep on the pullout couch and he said it was very uncomfortable. That...

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect.
