"Not a bad stay here, it is in a good location. We got there early and the staff got us a room that was ready earlier which was great. Not a bad size double room. The shower wasn't overly clean, toilet seat, toilet roll holder and shower temp adjuster not maintained very well. The rest of the room wasn't too bad. "The location is fantastic. It’s a three-minute walk from Paddington station and everything is close by. The layout was extremely confusing, staircases were narrow, and there was no lift up to my room. I’m disabled, so having to haul my suitcases up and down the stairs was troublesome.
