"The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Somehow the ice machines are broken on every floor except the floor where you check in and they have been broken every time I’ve stayed here for over a year. This seems like a challenge a giant corporation should be able to overcome. Also every room I’ve ever stayed in has water damage on the wall between the shower and the toilet. It seems like they just aren’t putting any money into fixing the walls or ice machines. The staff is all very friendly....

"Older hotel with stunning views from each room! Kept very clean and welcoming staff! Easy to park. Room had everything needed: frig, microwave, coffeemaker, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and all the little samples one could think of….Plenty of seating inside and on deck. Yes we would definitely stay here again. Oh and very reasonable prices! Oh and I absolutely liked all the fresh fruit out in the lobby. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the Beach Cottage. We actually live in the Puget Sound area but we take little weekend "staycations" now and then. We hunt for properties on the water. "Neighborhood is not well cared for-- place opens onto trashy parking lot. Trash and debris outside the door caused a stink/unclean entrance-- should be cleared better. A door mat as you enter apartment would help. Apartment is worn, with basic amenities but all inside was clean and functional, except TV. We had to call host when TV would only show one channel.
