"Seriously one of the best hotel stay visits I have ever had. Clean, beautiful, modern up to date everything. Every single person of their staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive to your stay. You get one free coffee or tea each morning down in their cafe area. Can't wait to check out the little restaurant area and roof top bar next time!

"Very nice hotel with plenty of character. For me, it was a bit out of the way, and taxis got stuck in heavy traffic, so i walked long distanves, up and dowmhill each day. One way to get fit!
My nextdoor neighbour for two nights watched TV in the early hours of the morning with little sound isolation between us, but the night porter did intervene when i complained

"Perfect location with dock access and incredible views from the harbor. Immaculate, well appointed rooms with fresh, comfortable decor. The walk down to the dock from upper level rooms is very steep and not for those with mobility issues. Consider a lower level room if you have mobility limitations. Property exceeded expectations."

"Intimate small hotel. Convenient, 3 blocks from our cruise ship port. Loads of dining options nearby, but we opted to sit on the patio of the funky Cyclops bar, directly below the hotel. Surprisingly exceptional eats!"
"The location is fantastic! You are right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Extremely walkable. The monorail is right in front of the property as well. Pike Place is a 10 minute walk in one direction and the Space Needle is a 10 minute walk in the other direction. Starbucks is a couple of blocks away. Parking is free on the property. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed at the State hotel for just one night, but definitely would’ve stayed longer if we could. Paul (I think that was his name - great fashion taste) at the front was amazing. Super personable and friendly - the woman who worked the overnight shift was also super helpful and sweet. The lobby was super cool. I expected less honestly but all expectations were blown away. Only thing (nothing to do with the hotel at all) is that there weren’t any late night (10/11pm) eats so if you want food...
