I booked this hotel because I was told parking was included, but when I arrived, I was informed that parking was valet only at an additional $50+ per night. That was extremely frustrating and misleading. I had to park in a public lot next door instead.
When I tried calling the front desk to ask about parking, no one answered — and I called multiple times. They rely on an app for communication, but it barely worked during my stay, making it nearly impossible to get help.
The room itself was incredibly small. I’m 6 feet tall, and when sitting on the toilet, my knees hit the wall. The bathroom had a pedestal sink with zero counter space, and I could touch the sink just by sitting down — that’s how cramped it was.
To make matters worse, my room was never cleaned the entire time I was there. No housekeeping service whatsoever.
The hotel is very noisy — they provide ear plugs, which says it all. The building is outdated, and there’s little to no ADA accessibility.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and definitely do not recommend this hotel.
