"The hotel and services were excellent and the grounds and scenery were stunning - beautiful views every where you looked, . The staff were brilliant, extremely pleasant - very attentive and personal. We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate. Would highly recommend both hotel and spa for a relaxing break."

"We recently stayed at the Residence Inn New York Manhattan/Central Park and had an absolutely brilliant experience. The location is superb, just a short walk from all the major attractions in New York City, making it ideal for exploring everything the city has to offer.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with breathtaking views overlooking the skyline and city below. Waking up to that view each morning was a highlight in itself.
What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by Cyril at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care added a personal touch that made all the difference. He was always ready with helpful suggestions and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect.
Highly recommended, we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

"anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."

"We stay just for a night, but the welcome was excellent, the location is so convenient for a layover very close to the airport and also with a service of a shuttle and the rooms have all that we need to rest for a night. Very recommended! "
