"Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. "Stayed here with my daughter, while my husband was in nearby hospital, the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and meals and service were great. It is set in lovely grounds. Would definitely recommend. "
