"Handy parking underneath the hotel. Friendly greeting on arrival. All areas of the hotel were clean and welcoming. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Used the bar which was very smart. From what I saw and experienced, this is a very nice hotel which we would definitely choose again."

"Reception team were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Have to say that the room was a disappointment. I paid for a Superior Room (251)! but it felt very tired and dated. There was damp on the external walls and the paint on the window cills were all chipped and blown from the moisture. It didn’t feel Superior at all. "

"Lovely man on reception let us check in early and gave us an upgrade but the room was very cold, could'nt have a shower, no heating in the bathroom and heating it seems on timer so didnt come on until 6pm.... one thing i do not like is a cold room... Staff very nice and helpful, be careful of deal on in restaurant as breakfast and evening meal for 30.00 each includes drink but limited choice and charged me 4.00 for extra lemonade... very expensive. Will not be going back im afraid, parking £19.00 for 24 hours so not bad for centre of Bristol."

"Fab location, clean well kept contemporary hotel with a good friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Good fresh variety of breakfast and well spaced tables in the reataurant! We have already booked our next stay for next month. "

"The hotel is in a convenient and fairly quiet location but the building has seen better days. The shower was very slow to drain, some of the lights in the room didn't work, there was no TV signal despite the aerial cable being securely plugged in and I couldn't connect to wifi during my stay. I suppose I got what I paid for as my room was very cheap and available on a special offer, but I would expect more from this chain."
