"Convenient location, great staff"

"Had a great time staying at Royal York! My second stay this month. Had three rooms two standard and one Fairmont Gold. Allison at Gold check in was amazing! James the Valet guy was absolutely amazing. He took great care of us. Dwahal (sp) was amazing at check out at the front desk. Asked and received late checkout for an extra $120 a room. We greatly appreciated that! The only drawback to this hotel is their limited room service. They need to go back to pre-Covid times. We did however utilize Uber eats and was able to order food after 3am. "

"Check-in was extremely easy. We checked in at 12:30 on Thursday, 23 May. We were able to get into our room at that time. The front desk was Remely helpful in assisting us in locating restaurants and areas to see that walkable."
