"Place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The thermostat is controlled remotely, so just let the host know what you would like it set at. She was more the happy to accommodate. Nicci was an excellent communicator and made us feel welcomed."

"I had to reach out to the host for instructions on how to check in. You have to go around the back of a multiple unit building through a rigged gate and the "front entrance" of this unit is actually a sliding glass back door. This unit is attached to another in the front by a thin locked white door that looks like it'd be the front door in the listing photos. On the other side of that thin door is a very loud family with multiple children that scream constantly. You can hear every single step, bump, and word. We reached out the the owner of this property multiple times. He was wrong about his own wifi name and said he didn't know what it was called. When we complained about the excessive noise, he said he called the tenants and asked them to be quiet. When we brought up that he needed to soundproof and should have made it clear that the unit was so closely attached to another unit, he simply apologized and said he would talk to the tenants. He wouldn't take any of the blame for the poor planning and poor description of the unit. Also, when we messaged back with check in instructions, he mentioned that the oven did not work and the shower was finicky. We tried sitting in the main living area, but the intense noise was so overwhelming we couldn't bear it. We paid over double to get a different last minute VRBO so we wouldn't have to stay there. It drove us and our dog insane. He also withheld any refund and said he'd give partial for a good review, which we refused. Don't stay."

"First the room wants fully cleaned, i found other people’s stuff left in there nd i had to deep clean the room cz it was so dirty even though the owner said he cleaned it. The blankets were dirty and i had nothing to cover myself with while asleep. The house has an office downstairs where people be watching you living your life. The house has cameras inside even though verbo’s policy restricts video and audio recordings of guests, and each time i turn the camera in the living room to face the wall so that i can have some privacy i find it watching me agin the day after. Also i wanted to extend bcz this place is really close to my work, he told me better to pay him directly and not though verbo which was the biggest mistake i’ve done cz i paid him for 6 nights but after he said that i paid only for 5 so i had to leave before i wanted to and he didn’t give me my money back(i paid more than on verbo)The owner thinks that everything you put in the fridge is his, he can trow your food or touch it, one time i slept without dinner because he trow away my food nd when i told him he should’ve asked me at least he said that food was bad like he is the one who decides what i should eat (the food wasn’t bad), he got so upset when i told him that and started yelling at me because i told him it’s not his decision to make, and i told him please can you leave me alone i don’t wanna talk about it but he cornered me in the kitchen and kept harassing me while i was trying to make my breakfast. "

"This property was as advertised and fit our needs. Towels were missing from the restrooms so there was no way to easily dry our hands. The shower in the on-suite bathroom didnt appear to have been cleaned recently. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay. "

"Owner cancelled 2 hours before check in. This should not be allowed it cc ok at us Hundreds of pounds more to find new accommodation."
