"older complex, some remodel on on the room we had, courtyard was nice to sit out on in the morning and have coffee. Kitchenette was serviceable, we cooked breakfast in the mornings. biggest critsizm is the coffee maker only make one cup at a time and not a Kurig, takes actual bag of coffee. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to bars and restaurants. Overall after seeing pics before booking it was exactly what I thought it would be. "I loved my stay there, except for the fact that the dryers were out of service a few times and the tub got clogged too many times! Other that that, I really liked it!!"

"We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!"

"I am so glad I found this property. It was exactly what I was expecting. It was a few steps away from the beach. It was roomy for 2 people. It was just perfect. I loved everything about it. A few blocks down you will find some restaurant and bars. The host was very fast at replying. I love a place where I feel at home. I liked it so much I extended my stay. "Four adults stayed at the villa for two weeks in February. Villa was clean, very functional, no frills but it had what we needed. Owner Laura was quick to respond to our need of 2 beach towels. The refrigerator door needs to be switched so that it doesn’t open into the room- it makes it hard to access from the room. "Very clean and only a couple of blocks from the blue heron bridge and marina. Plenty of parking 10 feet from the front door made it easy to load gear. Spacious patio to relax after a day of diving. Ac and tv in each room. Neighborhood was modest but very quiet."

"The house was an amazing find for my son’s Spring Break. We had 11 people, 3 couples and 5 boys aged 15-20. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms which was perfect. We didn’t leave the house much as it provided our greatest entertainment. The pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut made us feel like we were at a resort.
