The apartment was cozy and the grounds well kept. We had a great view of the canal. We would stay at this property again. It was also about a mile walk to the beach which was great as parking is a premium on the water front.

Property is right on the intracoastal and was interesting to watch the boats speeding by whilst sunning yourself on the dock. Unit was as described but could do with a little TLC with some of the furnishings as they were little worn and could be easily rectified. Overall unit was clean and comfortable and host kept in touch during our stay.

We had the rainiest week, unfortunately, but the condo had everything we needed and was in a great spot with a very nice warm pool and friendly fellow vacationers. Also short distance to the beach (walkable in about 5 minutes) and close to restaurants.. Easy check in and out and Monica quickly responsive. Thank you!

We loved everything about it, comfortable, peaceful, well appointed spotless, clean. Only issue was the lockbox would not open on our departure. We had to leave the key inside the door. There was no way to contact the owner. VRBO recommends contact the owner. This site had no owner information and no link on how to reach someone. At 6a, no one else in the unit was awake either. So we have to assume the owner has another key and will find ours inside the door when they open the unit - sorry. This didn’t work.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The waterway provides great views and boat traffic. The beach is truly just about a 5 minute walk. The room provides beach chairs and umbrella. We utilized many aspects of the kitchen and it worked well. The pool is OPEN and very nice. The condo is clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Monica did not have a long list of have too’s at check out which was nice, even though we cleaned up after ourselves. We would stay again.

We stayed in the condo for 6 days and enjoyed every moment. The condo was clean, comfortable and right on the Intracoastal. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Will definitely stay there again. The concierge Jack was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Clean tiny apartment with tiny kitchen but great intercoastal views. This 1950s second floor walk up (16 stairs) is in a good location only a half mile from the Pompano Beach Pier and several restaurants. The apartment could use some updating, especially in the bathroom.

Our only negative was the presence of Jack hammers and cement work all day each day during our entire stay. They drained the pool the day we got there and it was out of order the entire stay. If the facility is fully functional it’s a nice place to stay and I’d stay there again.

First off, Monica is an extremely attentive and gracious host. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! Second, the condo is great! Very clean, excellent location, quiet, great pool and a short walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the supplies were all you could want in the kitchen. Nice location. Walking distance to the beach. View of intracoastal spectacular. Unfortunately pool was closed and we could not enjoy the site. Would have been nice to be advised since was part of the advantages we paid for. Make sure it is as description.

This was a great location to stay at. We initially looked at staying ocean facing but opted for this location instead, VERY happy with our choice and would totally recommend. It's a nice, quiet, clean condo and was perfect for my husband and I. Having an assigned parking spot made getting parked and unloaded very easy. We got there around 10pm, so that convenience was appreciated! The bed is a bit more firm than we are used to so that was a little different, just be prepared for that. The living space was comfortable and we loved having the pool right downstairs. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the loungers along the canal. We grilled dinner both nights we were there, which was super convenient. We would highly recommend this location and plan to return in the future!

Monica was a great property manager. She stayed in communication with me in regards to a door issue & even had someone fix it right before we got there! The views from the apartment over looking the intracoastal & the pool is beautiful! The apartment was very clean and provided clean towels, bar soap and beach chairs/umbrellas... which we needed! The pool and lounge area is very well manicured and clean with great spots for dinner or lounging by the intracoastal. The BBQ grills are a plus! This location is VERY conveniently located to Pompano beach and many shops & great restaurants. The drive to Miami is only 30+ minutes & Ft. Lauderdale. We will be staying again.
