"older complex, some remodel on on the room we had, courtyard was nice to sit out on in the morning and have coffee. Kitchenette was serviceable, we cooked breakfast in the mornings. biggest critsizm is the coffee maker only make one cup at a time and not a Kurig, takes actual bag of coffee. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to bars and restaurants. Overall after seeing pics before booking it was exactly what I thought it would be. "I loved my stay there, except for the fact that the dryers were out of service a few times and the tub got clogged too many times! Other that that, I really liked it!!"

"We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!"

The refrigerator door needs to be switched so that it doesn’t open into the room- it makes it hard to access from the room. "Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful....
