"I loved my stay here, stayed 2 nights. Not big on breakfast so I didn’t check that out. Lots of restaurants near hotel. Parking was great, no worries about your car. My room was nice and clean, ac/heat worked great. Plenty of towels stocked. Housekeeping does check in on you to make sure you have what you need. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy check in and out. All amenities was accessible for use. Felt like a small apartment with the patio areas attached. Also late check in is before 2am. Will return. "

"Do not be fooled by the "elegant" photos on Expedia. This property is a massive bait-and-switch. The marketing materials are a complete lie; the reality is a dilapidated, poorly maintained, and unsanitary environment. Specific issues in my unit included: Structural Neglect: There was a large, jagged hole in the drywall where someone had cut into the wall and simply left it open. Unsanitary Conditions: There were squished bugs on the walls from previous guests that had never been cleaned off. The housekeeping standards are nonexistent. Broken Furniture: Cabinet doors had fallen off the wall units and were left leaning against the wall rather than being repaired or reattached. If the photos had accurately reflected the holes in the walls and the lack of basic cleanliness, I never would have booked this property. It is clear that management has zero pride in this business and is content to take guests' money under false pretenses. Expedia needs to delist this property immediately. It is a scam. SAVE YOUR VACATION: DO NOT STAY HERE, LOOK AND BOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE."

"I wasn't even able to check in, due to them refusing to accept either my payment method, ID, and Reference Number, due to the fact that my ID wasn't from the state. I live in another state, why would I need the ID to a state that I don't reside in? Its a legal and valid ID. I don't need to have the state ID for every state in the US, except for the State that I live in. As well, upon trying to check in. I heard from another guest that they wanted to change rooms, due to having their room's door being broken down before entry. How bad and dangerous can a place be? So I had to leave and book a hotel elsewhere."
