"The hotel is convenient for overnight stay for a connecting flight the next day however for the price I paid expected the room to be amazing. I was also told that I was upgraded which didn't seem like it... Rooms could use some updating - the carpet was stained and in general if felt dirty. I would have been fine if I paid 1/2 the price of what I paid. For over $250 a night you would expect a nice hotel room"

"We asked for room cleaning, but it wasn’t done, asked for fresh glasses and cups for tea, were given after 1.5 hrs. Very rude staff, no compassion as we had young kids. The washroom had some issues ( exhaust not working, toilet seat was loose) complained about them, but they were never fixed."

"Stayed here overnight before a morning flight, the beds were comfy but the decor in the room was a bit odd, it had been painted but not to the edges of the room. The AC also made odd sounds. Staff were lovely. "
