"A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. Tea and coffee is included in the price for both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is which is kept meticulously clean, is spacious, and has nice furniture, lighting, is well decorated, has nice pictures and lovely flower presentations. It should be noted that some rooms only have a bath with no shower, so if one wants a shower ensure this is available when you book. Currently the lift is out of order, as it is an old lift and apparently a part needs to be made. Staff will carry luggage to and from rooms. Nice bar lounge, with good seating areas, but drinks prices expensive.We will be returning in July. Weston-Super-Mare frontage is flat and idea for those of less mobility. Tuesday evening was Simon Kelly, a vocalist - an amazing voice."

"very happy with this hotel, we were given an upgraded room. Only downside was the 3 day elvis event we should have been seeing was cancelled without our knowledge, we only found out on checking in, the company organising it didnt inform us or refund us, having a problem getting my money back from them."

"Stayed here a few times now, once in the suite and most recently just a standard double. Prices are very good value for money. Rooms very spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic!! Will likely always stay in this hotel when I visit Weston from now on. Only downside is possibly upgrade the TV’s to be bigger as some are located quite far from the beds and are quite small. "

"We really liked this guest house. Check in was seamless and efficient. Although the room wasn't massive it had everything we needed in it. The decor was modern. A couple of things that let the room down were the blinds, which didn't block out the morning light and the room was very hot, which would be uncomfortable in the summer months. The breakfast menu was very generous, but the eggs seemed like they may have been kept under a heater for a while. We were able to park outside, which was handy. On the whole this was a nice little guest house & we'd definitely stay again if returning to Weson-super-Mare."

"We loved every moment of our stay here, from the friendly welcome from Paul and Jill to the little home comforts and warm cosy beds! The accommodation had everything we needed, and more, for a few days away. The kitchen was filled with everything needed to enable us to self-cater. However, there was plenty of lovely restaurants to enjoy close by, we would recommend a lovely meal down the road at The Old Inn! Beds were super comfy, the rooms were warm and cosy and everything was super clean. Thank you Paul and Jill for your hospitality, local knowledge and"

"Riverside village is a well kept village just receptionist and map doesn’t put mini road names on and it’s hard to find caravan. We stayed in Amber 33 which was clean enough but could do with a thorough clean at end of season. It’s the mattresses that are not comfortable on the beds and need replacing, also radiators need painting as showing rust and blinds have become damaged. I am giving the feedback because it could be perfect as nice spot and nicely maintained overall. I have some pictures but you haven’t allowed for any to download here. Anita Land"
