"I've been on the road full time for 6 years. For the first time EVER, every employee from the front desk on through to the store, deli, etc., was so down to earth friendly and helpful. Even Las Vegas resorts could use a week of training here on true customer service. Well done and it's so pleasing to know this old school way of serving folks still exists."

"We were pleasantly surprised when we finally got to this hotel! It seemed so far away from Bryce but it was worth it. It was a new(er) hotel, clean, pretty decor, very nice bathrooms and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast couldve been better. But overall...very nice hotel. "
