"This was a great property for us close to Capital Reef. It is a bit of a rustic property, but that is part of it's charm. It is very nicely decorated. It is a bit older, so not a brand new modern facility. Just depends on what you are looking for. But considering the limited opportunities in this area, this is a great find."

"Good value. A 25 mile drive to escalante. Quiet and next to general store and gas station. I couldn't get the wifi to work (connected without internet) but i had good cell signal and didn't need it. Power went out but not owners fault was a storm."

The builders/owners deployed artistic and naturalistic flair to create a fantastic retreat in the middle of a cottonwood grove and red rock canyon. The extra touches, books and art were a pleasure. We would love to spend a month there if we could. Highly recommend."
