"The place is very cute and well decorated. The shower and bathroom was much smaller than expected so I would keep that in mind. We also had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room. The AC also didn’t seem to be working as it was incredibly hot at night. The communication and hospitality was good, just felt the experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped."

"We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view."

"Our first night the TV did not work and we were not able to adjust the temperature in the room because the thermostat displayed the message "low battery". . So the first night was freezing. They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long. The window obviously needs repaired and they attempted to patch the window with a couple pieces of wood. That clearly...

"This place is not a hotel, it's an efficiency studio apartment. There is no check in desk. Our room instantly smacks you in the face with smoke smell. It's pretty run down and the maintenance guy is either blind or too lazy to care about his work. The bathroom isn't exactly dirty because it's a bathroom it's dirty because there are horrible repairs in the ceiling from an active leak from upstairs. The sink leaks into its cabinet. Every detail about the place is executed poorly. There is no...

"Really easy communication/check in. Shared bathroom is no bother, 2 bathrooms between approx 4 rooms and shared kitchen. Room good size, clean, fresh and lovely bed. Would recommend. Location amazing for freedom trail and key sights. Good food/drinks options nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for exploring Boston, with close and easy access to public transportation. The unit had more than everything we could have needed. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to all."

"The rooms are not big or super nice—think slightly larger dorm room with an en suite bathroom. You can clearly hear every sound on the street, including an average volume conversation from across the street, and plenty of sounds from individuals in other units. The room was super clean, so kudos to the cleaning crew. The plus is the location. So if you want to have easy access to the city and just a place to sleep, this is the place for you."

"This place is great for the cost! It's clean, easy to access, someone answers the phone when you call with questions."

"Hotel was very clean with a warm and cozy feel to it. It was bright and spacious with a “come on in” feel to it. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Even though daily housekeeping was not provided the housekeeping staff provided you with whatever you needed. I would recommend anyone to stay at Crescent Suites. We would stay again."
