"Really nice hotel in a great location. Close to public transport and walkable to most areas / sights. Didn't spend much time in the hotel but the room was a decent size, very clean and came with a selection of free snacks. Very friendly staff. Would recommend and would stay again."

Second, not even one bottle of complimentary water unless you were Elite with Hyatt. The lobby is on the third floor and requires a separate elevator to get to street level. ..."
