Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston
Location was perfect, staff was wonderful and the foyer and lobby and the bar/ restaurant was amazing! The guest rooms were good, bed was comfortable and room was immaculate! My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was weak! Other than that a very good experience!

Check in was great. I'm tall, so I struggle with looking down at name tags. It feels awkward, especially if someone presents as female, I am a male. My check in attendant was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them, but I didn't catch their name. Maybe at check there could be a nameplate? ...
