"The place was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our family of 4. The house was perfectly located just outside the walls of Todi. We stayed here for a month and it was a great base to explore the many beautiful towns in Umbria. We also day tripped into Florence and Rome. When we weren’t touring around we enjoyed a lovely walk into Todi and afternoons by the beautiful pool. Adele was so helpful and made our stay super comfortable. "We spent three weeks in Numa’s spacious and beautiful apartment. Still decorated as it was when his mother lived there, the apartment had a warm and authentic feel. Check in was very welcoming and smooth. The apartment is outfitted very well with everything we needed. The terraces were wonderful and we slept very well in the beds. "My family and I had a great stay here. Absolutely stunning views from the outside seating area and kids loved the pool. Luigi very helpful, easy to contact and showed us the way to the house on arrival which was much appreciated. It was very hot whilst we were there but once we got the airflow going through the house and the fans on we got used to it. There is lots to do in the area -biking and swimming and easy drives to lots of scenic Hill towns. "
