"Parking is directly outside the building. Rooms were clean, bathrooms could do with a bit of work as quite dated and not as clean as would be expected. Stadf for check in were polite."

"Situated in a quiet location, overlooking a park and water and a short 8 minutes walk from the station. An excellent value and good quality breakfast. Rooms are reasonably priced. Parking available on site. Liverpool city centre is only 20 minutes by train running regularly all day and late into the evening. Staff were all polite, helpful and prompt when dealing with any queries."

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property. Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't locked and couldn't be locked meaning anyone from the street could walk into the block. The apartment itself also was not locked upon our arrival we pushed the door and could just walk in. (There was a key to lock it and a latch but upon arrival but again it didn't show it was a safe and secure place for me to stay with my young son)."

"I didn't stay. I never got sent check in instructions (code for the door etc) they never answered my messages and they didn't answer the phone. Absolute scam. Do not book this. Had to fork out for an emergency Travelodge "

"I’m afraid to say that this hotel was in a terrible state. The place stunk, hygiene awful and I’m supprised that hotel.com have it on their site. Will think twice before booking with them in the future."

"Glen was very responsive, the place was quite nice and spacious. It was clean when we arrived, very well located, safe, close to transport. the value for money is great.There were too many toilet perfume dispensers around the house (I think at least 4) and the smell was quite overbearing. And the place was super humid, but that's the UK in January.Would stay again !"
