"Clean safe and beyond when it comes to professionalism ,knowledge about surroundings in general area. Very present and engaged at any encounter! I will definitely return no where else but here. The Manager is phenomenal with her people, skills and ability. To make you feel very welcomed and valued us being there! Her staff are well dressed extremely respectful, kind, with a positive can do energy and attitude! It was an excellent stay that are working hard at all they do and I as a consumer appreciate and respect that! Thank you! Sherri Cutshaw"

"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. We attempted to use a baggage rack and the wheels were not adequate to make all the turns from the one elevator to our room. The toilet is too close to the ground and hard to get down and up from. Wi-fi was extremely slow. "

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance into the pool but was holding onto the bar when she went down. We did notify staff and put towels down around the entrance to the pool but even the outer decking was slimy slick. Would not go with kids again. Was there to relax and wasn’t able to do that at all. Hopefully the situation has been addressed. Thank you otherwise for a nice getaway. "
