"The front desk person charged my card for incidentals and the room upon check in rather than just keeping card on file. I had already paid for the stay through expedia. Several conversation with managers ensued before it was resolved. Electrical panel was loose and fell off wall, disposal did not work. Otherwise room was clean and quiet."

I especially appreciated the small welcome goodie bag at check-in—it was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay here again."
