"The rooms are very noisy, it was 4 nights with no sleep. Hot tub was ice cold, told they would work on it. Key card had to be replaced every night after being out all day. Very frustrating to get all the way to the room only to walk all the way back to the office to re key the card every night without any "I'm sorry this is happening" just "here you go". Breakfast was ok until I saw the breakfast lady sort the trash without gloves then go fill up the buffet again without gloves. Never went...
