"Although very conveniently located if you need something in Santa Cruz; the hotel is very basic; beds are just OK (not very comfortable, pillows so high that are not possible to use); restroom very hot and you get the noise from the street. I don’t think is worth the money."

"Loved our stay, it was incredible! Staff was wonderful especially Kenneth. We did a boat tour and he was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic to ensure all the birds on my list were at-least attempted to be found, which he successfully located 100% of them! "Cómodo, limpio, buen desayuno , área bar y piscina relax y buena ubicación"

"The bar and restaurant area was beautiful and the only problem was that it was not open when I was there. Breakfast was good. The pools were clean. It is very nice gated community. And a safe environment. I would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful property. Cozy rooms. Delicious food. Secluded pool."

"Wheelchair accessible"

"Plenty of parking Quiet A drinking glass and a coffee machine would be nice to have given there are no restaurants in the area. Nice to have a ice machine on the premises."

"No me gustó que elegimos el lugar por el desayuno y no tenían disponible el restaurante hasta las 8am"

"Nice central Liberia hotel, good for a short stay, nice friendly staff at front desk. Good deal."

"This stay is better than getting a hotel room. Only problem i had was, not having someone in person to help me with the process of achieving the keys. If not for the kindness of the security guard, I would have been really frustrated. It isn't the job of the security guard to be manager. They should be compensated."

"Great location, good accommodations as advertised. Economical and good location close to many food options."

"Este hotel brinda excelentes servicios, el personal fue súper amable y nos brindaron indicaciones de lugares cercanos para comer y visitar. La habitación me pareció muy bonita, espaciosa y cómoda. Regresaré a este hotel. Excelente desayuno."
