"Room walls had visible stains, possibly from water damage. Otherwise clean. I requested to book a massage at their sister property, but the front desk never called back to confirm despite stating they would do so. I had to carry the luggage up and down on my own, which made me wonder what the doorman’s role was. Obviously, he wasn’t there to greet customers either. Breakfast and the staff managing it did an outstanding job and delivered on a consistent basis. "

"The staff here were all really friendly and very helpful. We’re not Italian speakers but the staff had excellent English so this wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very clean and well equipped and room service came in every day. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of things to choose from.
