"It is the first time to visit Bologna. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay at the libety Hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent; especially the breakfast and staff "
"Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included."
"Very pleasant, nice staff, very convenient location, cheap and cheerful, perfect for a couple of days if you want somewhere cheap. The room was a bit dirty loads of stray hairs everywhere but apart from that very nice "
"The apartment was big and clean but lacked a few simple things like a second key to access the property and our big let down was a broken toilet seat which stabbed us regularly drawing blood. despite notifying them as soon as we arrived.
The bathroom was small and hot water ran out regularly but apart from this the apartment was in a nice location and was comfortable for our stay and the amenities although basic were suitable as we stayed out most of the time. We cooked once in the property...

10/10 Excellent
"Great place, central to all monuments, cafes and shopping centres. Only thing, attention to detail when cleaning rooms and restocking supplies such as toilet paper, water, tea bags and cups as we had to ask for them but should be expected for a 4 star hotel. Other than that, it was amazing."
"A fantastic trip in a really cool hotel. Very near Bologna Centrale station and a half hour walk from main piazza. Service excellent and attention to detail just as good"
"5*+ rating for this special hotel in Bologna. For my first trip to Italy, my stay at this hotel made the entire experience that much more special. From the moment I checked in, to when I checked out the entire concierge team were welcoming, friendly and gave great tips on what to do and where to go. I was very surprised to have received a room upgrade - west facing, simply the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in and, a gorgeous bathroom with decent water pressure. If I had an extra day to my trip, I would have spent it in the hotel really taking advantage of the bar, lounge and restaurant. Or, just sleeping in - the bed was that comfortable. When I return to Bologna, I will only stay at Savhotel Aemilia."
"It's very nice to have access to a pool during the summer time. The room was tidy and spacious and the staff very friendly. Breakfast had everything to offer that could be expected. Shopping mall in the vicinity and easy to get downtown."

We cooked once in the property but had to buy all the little things like salt, oil & pepper.
Overall it was a mostly pleasant stay but a bit overpriced for what was actually in the flat.
