We loved our two night stay as the hotel was really centrally located for Bologna centre! Our room was gorgeous and we had access to a small olive garden that we could directly access from our room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly also. A lovely stay at the start of our Italian road trip to the south!

This hotel and associated apartments (we stayed in one of the apartments) was the perfect location for exploring Bologna. The staff were very helpful. The rooftop bar was beautiful. We had friends who stayed in the actual hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning at the hotel. The rest of our group of friends stayed in the apartments and enjoyed walking to the Conads (chain grocer in Italy), which was steps away, for breakfast. I would most definitely stay at the Hotel Metropolitan when visiting Bologna!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property, especially for anyone flying into Bologna before embarking on a cruise from Porto Corsini. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of four. The breakfast was delicious, and the cappuccino was among the best we had during our trip. The staff were extremely responsive to emails before and during our stay and were very helpful in arranging our transfer to the port for our cruise. Their assistance made our travel plans seamless and stress-free. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Bologna.
