Over looking Bognor Regis sea front Marine Court is the perfect holiday destination throughout the year. Enjoy the bright sunshine on the balcony in summer or cosy down and watch the waves crash in the winter. No matter the time of year; with these spectacular views of the sea you will never be bored of sitting in this living room.

Turn left out of the apartment and you can walk the coastline and be at Bognor Regis pier in only 5 minutes. A fantastic fish and chip shop can be found here also! Turn right out of the coastline and you can continue along the coast to Aldwick and even onto Pagham .

The large living space is light and airy with a window spanning the entire width of the room. The kitchen is partially open plan giving your a window to the sea views also. Carefully refurbished this apartment makes the most of the stunning views on offer.

The living room includes dining space and large television for cosying down with a movie after a busy day of exploring. Bognor Regis has many local eateries (Mustards is a favourite) to dine out or order in and enjoy in the comfort of your holiday home. With plenty of takeaway deliveries on offer you will be spoilt for choice. If you prefer to have a shop delivered this well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast while away.

Marine Court has two bedrooms and bathroom with shower between. Free wifi included. One parking space is available at rear but the drive is narrow and may not suit wide vehicles. Free parking is available locally if you would prefer.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay, had all the things we needed for our trip. Parking was little tight but if you plan correctly is fine. Only thing needed was a fan but was manageable for time I was there

Great stay by the water!

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, and the proximity to the water added to our enjoyment. It was me and my mom, but this place can easily fit a family of up to 4 people. Clean and cosy place!

A superb holiday break.

The huge window showing a wonderful sea vista made our holiday very special. Both the seating and dining areas face out to sea so you cam become totally immersed in the seascape. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped and also looks out to sea. Only a stones throw from the beach. A special place to visit.

Brilliant flat, location and customer service!

Great flat with amazing views. The flat has everything you need to be comfortable with Tesco 4 minutes away and plenty of Deliveroo options. The window front is brilliant and with a drink in hand you can watch the world go by..not to mention join in on the evening watching of the moon which seems to be very popular there. Being on the right side of Bognor, it gives you a super chilled vibe around you. The Management Company is very Efficient and helpful. No hiccups or chasing needed. Access to flat was easy with a lock box and flat was clean and presentable. I took earplugs (always do on trips) though after 9pm it went very quiet, even on the weekend. For me the only place to stay in Bognor now.

Zentrale Lage mit Meeresblick

Sehr komfortable Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung auch für längere Aufenthalte. Parks, Geschäfte, Lokale und Strände sind praktisch vor der Türe. Hundefreundlich! Von außen wirkt das Haus nicht sehr gepflegt, Einfahrt und Parkplatz sind nicht für große Autos. Der Meeresblick ist unschlagbar.

Avoid the company

Upon arrival the accommodation had not been cleaned as they had mixed up our arrival date. We had to leave the property for it to get cleaned which was done very quickly so that we could get in as we had a baby that needed feeding and put to bed. BUT in the current Covid climate I felt uneasy the whole week that it didn’t get a thorough clean. There was no follow up from Henry Adam’s to check if everything was ok afterwards. Also the blinds were dusty and broken (couldn’t open them) and we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and it’s not a relaxing holiday for me if I have to wash dishes every day! Two weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit returned to me and no comma from the company. I would therefore not recommend the company at all and stick with other holiday rentals
