"Friendly staff, but management’s cost-cutting will be this establishment’s detriment. The rooms receive room service every 3 days, your towels have to be exchanged at the front desk for fresh ones, the only working area of the theme park was the lazy river, pool, and hot tub, which was reportedly yellow. You bring your own towels to the theme park. I always saw the restaurant closed but it opened for breakfast, with the free breakfast consisting of whole boiled eggs, bread for toast, cereal, biscuits, and small cups for apple or orange juice and coffee. Fellow vacationers attempted to file a complaint with management due to issues like the theme park not being open, the laundry room not being open, the hot tub water being yellow, etc but they were told to leave contact info because management was not on the property. I won’t be returning or recommending. "

"This was such an upgrade over the Days Inn and the like! This is a hotel in the downtown area, very pretty cobblestones. It is an older building but well maintained. All of the things I hold dear were done well: soft bed, good tv, clean shower etc. top marks. Best thing was when the staff helped me: I made the reservation a week in advance by mistake. When I showed up they accommodated me. Thank you!"

"Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was not the easiest to get in and out of. I don’t know if all units are this way but definitely worth asking if you struggle with getting in and out of shower. The property was clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend. "

"The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk."

"The pool was unusable as it was too cold to get into. There was mold in the bathroom. People were parking behind us in the grass and setting off the motion detector all night long. The ping-pong table was no usable as there was no room by the pool. There are so many more things to add. The exterior light was hanging by a thread and would go on and off. We left a day early because we didn't want to be there anymore. I think 2 stars is a lot and I am extremely disappointed."
